What we can tell you up front: the price you're quoted is for a full day, not a 3- or 6-hour window. Delivery is charged separately and covers setup and takedown. Yes — a real full day, not a 3- or 6-hour window like a lot of companies. We drop off in the morning and pick up at the end of the day. If you need an overnight or multi-day rental, ask and we'll work it out.

We deliver it, set it up, stake it down, and come back to take it apart — you don't touch it. Delivery is a separate charge on top of the rental, and it covers the setup and the pickup. It varies by job, so we quote it on the call along with everything else. If you'd rather skip it, our Pickup & Save units are three-day rentals you collect yourself at a lower rate.

You reschedule or take a raincheck good for a full year, as long as you let us know at least 36 hours ahead. Tents are the exception — those we set up rain or shine, because rain is usually why you wanted one.

Every inflatable runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within 100 feet. No outlet nearby — a park, a field, a big open lot — then add a generator and you're set.
