Q – Are inflatable’s safe?

A – Yes, at Book-A-Bounce, safety is our priority. We will walk you through the rules prior to your event.

Q-  Does Book-A-Bounce delivers and set up?

A - Yes, We will set up, secure and take down the units. Free local deliveries within our Free Zone up to 20 miles from 06106

Q – What is the rental period?

A - Full day is at least 6 hours or more. Due to our delivery schedule, expect a bit of delay during pickups on our busy Season.

Q – How much room is needed for an inflatable?

A  The room needed is determined by the size of the unit, the range is 20 x 20 for our Bounce Houses or Themed Moonwalks and 20 x 35 for our Bounce House Combo and 25 x 40 for our Water Slides. Our Slip N Slides may require a 15 x 40 to be on the safe side.

Q – Is there a deposit required?

A – Yes, a $25.00 deposit is required to reserve unit.

Q – What is needed to set up a unit?

A – A level grassy area or smooth surface. Please notify Book-A-Bounce of any underground sprinklers, electrical wires or gas lines.

Q – What are the electrical requirements for a inflatable?

A 115 volt, 15 amp grounded GFI outlet within 100 ft of inflatable.

Q – What if it is rainy or windy?

A – Book-A-Bounce reserves the right to cancel a reservation (your deposit will refunded) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refunds shall be issued due to bad weather. Safety Information Safety Information Bouncers & Combo Bouncers Always operate under adult supervision Maximum occupancy 6-8 riders. Minimum rider height is 34 inches tall, maximum rider height of 60 inches. Maximum total occupancy is 800lbs (150lbs) per rider. Group children by age and size. No flips or extreme horseplaying. Remove shoes, belts, glasses and all jewelry. In case of rain/high wind 25mph and higher have children exit bouncer and turn off and unplug blower.

Q – I have gravel, can you still setup?

A – No, we don’t! Gravel will damage the bottom of our units. You may want to find a better ground to setup prior to calling or reserving online.

Q – Do you accept checks?

A –  unfortunately no. We like to continue to offer low prices by not running the risk of accepting checks without sufficient funds. This reduces the need to increase our prices to cover future losses.

Q – Do you offer cash discount?

A – Yes we do! Simply ask our party specialist for details. Credit card processing has a cost, so we must charge extra to cover this fee. Paying cash help us pass the savings to our customers while reducing the rental cost of the unit.

Q – Do you offer overnight rentals for the same price?

A – unfortunately no. We may have that same unit reserved for another client. Give us a call, you may be able to keep it with an additional fee.

Q – Are the units cleaned and sanitized?

A – Absolutely! All our units go through a 3 step cleaning process to ensure our units has been fully cleaned and sanitized. See a quick video on our cleaning method below…
